Week #17 Female Athlete of the Week – Aubri Smith

Ventura College freshman Aubri Smith is the Female WSC Athlete of the Week for Week #17. Smith earned the honors after helping the Pirates win the VC-Optimist Club Holiday Tournament. Smith averaged 16.7 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 5 assists per game on her way to Tournament MVP honors. Against El Camino College in the semi-finals, Smith poured in 29 points, grabbed seven boards, and handed out seven assists. Smith came to the Pirates after prepping at Buena HS right in Ventura.
