Ventura’s Koyanagi and Karen Carry the Day at WSC Championships

Ventura College freshman Hironori Koyanagi and freshman Corey Karen carried the day at the 2015 Western State Conference Men’s Tennis Singles and Doubles Championships. Not only did the duo meet up in the championship match of the singles bracket, but the two combined to win the WSC doubles championship.

Ventura Men Win 14th WSC Crown

The Ventura College Men’s Tennis program claimed it’s 14th Western State Conference team championship recently. The Pirates finished an undefeated 6-0 conference schedule, and claimed their ninth conference championship in their last ten seasons.
